Mike Ndlela
Mike has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years, 14 years as a Loss Adjuster. His career in Loss Adjusting began at Crawford International Loss Adjusters . He is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Loss Adjusters of South Africa (ILASA) and has served on the South Gauteng Regional Committee of ILASA for the past 8 years. He is the Managing Director and founder of Elite Consulting.
Mike is a General Adjuster capable of providing a broad spectrum of services relating to Fire, Business Interruption, crime related losses, Municipality claims, SASRIA claims and catastrophic losses, in a number of insurance classes. He has dealt with catastrophic type claims in the coastal regions of South Africa and has worked catastrophic claims in the Caribbean Islands, New Zealand and other parts of Africa.

Khaya Simelane
Khaya began his career in insurance with SA Eagle Insurance Co. Ltd. (now Bryte) where he was awarded a learner-ship and completed a National Diploma in Sound Engineering and Electronics.
He gained experience in claims as Claims Manger at ABSA Insurance Co. and has worked on earthquake claims in New Zealand. In addition to general adjusting he specializes in claims relating to electronics and audio visual equipment owing to his qualifications and background in the field. He also specialises in subsidence/landslip losses.

Bheki Ngcobo has extensive insurance claims experience that spans over a period of 30 years. He has been a Loss Adjuster for over 11 years. He is a general adjuster capable of handling domestic and commercial as well as transformer claims.

Jabu has been in the insurance industry for over 27 years, 19 years in claims. He has extensive claims experience having worked for several Insurance Companies such as Aegis, Commercial Union, Guardian National, Santam, Lion of Africa and Zurich Insurance (now Bryte). He is a General Adjuster capable of handling domestic and commercial claims.

Madela has been in the insurance industry for over 21 years, 10 years as Claims Manager (Motor/Non-Motor) both in commercial and municipality scheme. His career in insurance began at Santam Insurance Limited. He also worked for Absa Insurance company, Guardrisk and iWYZE Direct Distribution member of the Old Mutual Group, where he was the Claims Manager and Customer Experience Manager (Complaints and Osti) further responsible for claims, quality assurance, audits , training and claims cost control. Madela is a General Adjuster capable of providing a broad spectrum of services relating to buildings, crime related losses, liability and large and complex losses. He has also dealt with the management of catastrophic type claims.

Kgomotso Mametse is a Graduate trainee (Intern) in Loss Adjusting. She holds a degree in Operations Management currently studying towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
Kgomotso has engaged in Loss Adjusting as an intern for 2 years and she has been exposed in all domains of Domestic and Commercial lines.

Bongani has engaged in Loss Adjusting as an intern for 2 years and he has been exposed in all domains of Domestic and Commercial lines. His introduction to Loss Adjusting was made possible by a partnership between Elite Consulting and SASRIA.
